Most meditation techniques are a focused-attention exercise with the goal to keep the brain continually focused on an object such as a thought, a mantra, the breath, the body, or the world. Focusing is a doing activity which activates the brain.
In understanding the basic principles of the Kelee, we see there is a difference between the brain and the mind, or brain function and mind function.
In Kelee meditation you move away from the thoughts in your head and into the stillness of mind by bringing your conscious awareness to one still point in your Greater Kelee.
This opens the door to understanding your mind and teaches you to be content and happy with yourself.
