As you begin to relax into your mind, your intellectual thinking process will also calm.  As thinking calms down, this allows you to relax and drop into the Greater Kelee (GK) and get out of the thinking neural network of the intellect.

The short answer is because you sat down and did it. The deeper answer is that you will begin to feel and enter into deeper harmonious states of mind, including detachment, within.  This detachment will begin the processing (dissolving) of your compartments.  A hallmark of this practice is that things that used to bother you, no longer do. 

If you feel like you are stuck or not progressing, you are being blocked by one or more compartments.  This is common and will require practice, persistence, and patience to dissolve your compartments.  As you learn detachment, you will also notice that you are also less affected by things that bother you i.e., compartments.  In time, you will be completely unaffected by what used to bother you, and open to the beauty of your own individual, unique, true nature.
